For over 20 years, I worked in international purchasing at HOFER/ALDI – as part of the executive board, responsible for a team of 100 buyers and an annual purchasing volume of €1 billion.
I know the processes, mindsets, and decision-making paths in retail – because I helped shape them myself. Today, I support suppliers in using this knowledge and experience strategically.
